Quick Start: Your First AI Interview

Ready to dive in? This guide shows you the fastest way to create an AI interviewer and share it.

Goal: Create a basic AI interviewer and generate a shareable link in under 5 minutes.

Steps​

  1. Navigate to Your Project:

    • Go to the Projects section in the main navigation.
    • Select the Project where you want to create your interviewer. If you don't have one, create a new Project first.

  2. Go to Interviewers:

    • Within your chosen Project, navigate to the Interviewers tab or section.

  3. Create a New Interviewer:

    • Click the "Create Interviewer" or "New Interviewer" button.
    • You'll be prompted to configure your interviewer.

  4. Select an Interviewer Template:

    • The easiest way to start is by using an existing Template. Templates define the AI's purpose and basic behavior.
    • Choose a suitable template from the list (e.g., "General Feedback", "User Inquiry"). You can explore or create more complex templates later.

  5. Name Your Interviewer:

    • Give your Interviewer a descriptive name (e.g., "Website Feedback Collector", "Initial Product Thoughts").

  6. Save the Interviewer:

    • Click "Save" or "Create".

  7. Generate a Shareable Link:

    • Once your Interviewer is created, find it in the list.
    • Look for an option like "Generate Link", "Share", or a dedicated Shareable Link section/toggle.
    • Activate or generate the link. You might see options to set an expiration date or usage limits – you can leave the defaults for now.

  8. Share the Link:

    • Copy the generated link.
    • Share this link with anyone you want the AI to interview!

What Happens Next?​

  • Anyone with the link can have a conversation with your AI interviewer.
  • You can find the completed interviews, including transcripts and extracted data, back in the Interviews section associated with your Interviewer or Project.
