Creating & Sharing Interviewers: Overview

What is an Interviewer?

While an Interviewer Template is the blueprint, the Interviewer is the actual, specific AI agent instance that you create and share.

Think of it this way:

  • Template: The recipe for a cake (defines ingredients, general steps).
  • Interviewer: A specific cake you baked using that recipe (it exists, you can share a slice).

Each Interviewer you create:

  • Is based on a specific Interviewer Template (inheriting its focus, behavior, instructions).
  • Belongs to a specific Project.
  • Has its own unique settings (like a Name).
  • Most importantly, has its own Shareable Link that you can distribute.

Why Create Interviewers?

You need to create an Interviewer instance to:

  1. Activate a Template: Make an AI agent based on your chosen blueprint ready for interaction.
  2. Generate a Shareable Link: Get the unique URL that interviewees will use to start a conversation.
  3. Track Results: Completed conversations (Interviews) are associated with the specific Interviewer instance that conducted them.
  4. Manage Access/Sharing: Control who can interact with the AI agent via its unique link and link settings (like expiration or max uses).

Key Takeaway

You build the intelligence and behavior in the Template, but you activate and share it by creating an Interviewer instance from that template.
