Viewing Interview Results
After interviewees have interacted with your AI Interviewer via its shareable link, you'll want to review the outcomes.
Finding Completed Interviews
There are typically two main ways to find the results:
-
Via the Interviewer:
- Navigate to the Project and then the "Interviewers" section.
- Find the specific Interviewer instance.
- Look for a link or button associated with it labeled "View Interviews", "Results", or perhaps a number indicating completed sessions.
- Clicking this should take you to a list of all interview sessions conducted by that specific Interviewer.
-
Via a Central Interviews Section:
- Some platforms might have a top-level "Interviews" or "Results" section, possibly within the relevant Project.
- This section would list all completed interviews across different interviewers within that scope.
- You might need to filter or search to find the interviews related to a specific interviewer or timeframe.
What Results Can You See?
When you open a specific completed interview record, you can typically expect to find:
- Interviewee Information: Name or email if it was collected.
- Status: Indicates if the interview completed successfully, was abandoned, encountered an error, etc.
- Timestamps: Start time, end time, duration.
- Transcript: A record of the conversation between the AI and the interviewee.
- Session Data / Extracted Information: If the Interviewer Template was configured with function calling or data extraction tools, you might see structured data that the AI identified and saved during the conversation (e.g., identified preferences, sentiment scores, specific answers to questions).
- Audio Recording (Optional): If configured and consented to, there might be an audio recording of the session.
Reviewing and Analyzing
- Read through the transcripts to understand the conversation flow and interviewee responses.
- Examine any structured data extracted by the AI.
- Look for patterns across multiple interviews conducted by the same interviewer.
- (Advanced) Some platforms may offer tools to export data or perform analysis directly.
