Managing Projects: Overview

What is a Project?

In Agent Interviews, a Project serves as a high-level container or workspace to organize your interview-related work. Think of it like a dedicated folder for a specific initiative, study, product, or campaign.

All your Interviewer Templates, Interviewers, and the resulting Interviews belong to a specific Project.

Why Use Projects?

Using Projects helps you:

  1. Organize: Keep different sets of interviews clearly separated. For example, you might have one Project for "New Website Feedback" and another for "Pre-launch Feature Testing".
  2. Manage Access (Future): While not fully implemented yet, Projects will likely be the level at which user permissions and collaboration are managed.
  3. Provide Context (Future): Projects can be associated with background documents or knowledge bases. This allows Interviewers within that Project to potentially access relevant information to have more informed conversations, though this is an advanced capability.
  4. Scope Templates: You can create Interviewer Templates that are specific to a Project or available globally across your organization.

Key Takeaways

  • Every Interviewer you create lives inside a Project.
  • Use Projects to group related interview activities.
  • Start by creating a Project before you build your first Interviewer.
